BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

The Clinton City Schools Board of Education will hold a regularly scheduled meeting April 17, 2024 at 4:00 pm in the Sampson Middle School Media Center. The meeting will be livestreamed on YouTube beginning at 4:00 pm.

Requests for public comment can be emailed to Nacole Hayes at nhayes@clinton.k12.nc.us and must be received no later than 1:00 pm Friday, April 12, 2024.

NOTE: The Clinton City Board of Education welcomes relevant public comments. Those requesting to address the Board shall identify themselves by name and indicate the subject matter of their remarks, as well as any organization represented- if applicable. Speakers shall refrain from expressing complaints about specific employees and/or students in open session.

The time allotted to each speaker shall not exceed four minutes. The Superintendent, with the consent of the Board Chairperson, or the Board Chairperson, has the discretion to deny any speaker and/or topic.

Board members may ask clarifying questions of any speaker during the meeting, but if further comments are necessary, they will occur at another time when more information has been gathered.
