Linda Jewell Carr is organizing and directing performances of Mother Goose Incorporated as a fund raiser for CAFE. Show dates are March 7 and 8 at 7 pm and March 9 at 2 pm. All shows are in the CHS Prestage Auditorium. All cast members are CCS students and staff.

Some school staff and parents/guardians are beginning to receive the official email notifications from PowerSchool about the data breach that occured last December. The email also contains information about the complimentary Credit Monitoring and Identity Protection that PowerSchool is offering through Experian. A link to that same offering was shared in an email sent to all CCS parents/guardians February 3, 2025. The email from PowerSchool will come from PowerSchool with a subject line of PowerSchool Cybersecurity Incident.
Please note that this particular email is not a scam or phishing attempt.

Clinton City Schools recently received notification that PowerSchool contracted with Experian and is offering two years of complimentary identity protection services to students and educators whose information was involved. For adult students and educators, this offer will also include two years of complimentary credit monitoring services.

Catalyst Open House: Free High School Program Designed to Create STEM Opportunities for Students with Disabilities
Catalyst, a free high school program for students with disabilities interested in STEM careers, is holding two open houses for rising 9-12 grade students who want to participate in the year-long program beginning in June 2025. Students can be in regular education, honors, AP, college-level classes or an Occupational Course of Study program.
Catalyst will host a virtual open house on January 16, 7-8 p.m. An in-person open house will be held on NC State University's campus on January 18, 10-11 a.m. The program is open to students attending public, private, charter and home schools.
